Shipped Polyflo desktop releases — installers, dictation fixes, and settings behavior.

Installers are published on [GitHub Releases](https://github.com/Crisiswastaken/PolyFlo/releases). Tag a version on the product repo to cut a new draft release.

- Fix API key not persisting on Windows (Windows Credential Manager backend)
- Fix hotkeys appearing dead when the API key was missing (notification instead of silence)
- Fix duplicate password reveal icon in the API key field on Windows

- Fix Settings stuck on “Loading…” in production builds (missing Tauri IPC permissions)
- Fix Settings window not reopening after close (hide instead of destroy)
- Fix API key save and verify persistence in the OS credential manager
- Restore the hotkey after closing Settings or cancelling hotkey capture

First public release: tray dictation for Windows and macOS, Transcribe / Translate modes, overlay waveform, clipboard history, and Sarvam Saaras v3.
